Our order processing time is 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed, and the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 days from the date your order is dispatched. These timelines are estimates, and while we work hard to meet them, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as logistical disruptions or high order volumes.

We offer a 30-day return window for all our dolls. You may return any unused, undamaged doll within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the doll must be in its original condition—no scratches, stains, tears, or signs of use—and must be returned in its original packaging, if possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria, as we aim to maintain the quality of our products for all customers and ensure fairness in our return process.
